Programme description

KOACHESS University offers a 13-week coach development programme focused on teaching, classroom leadership, communication and professional practice. It is not a guarantee of ratings, jobs, income, coaching results or any other outcome.

Enrolment and payment

An enquiry does not create an enrolment, payment obligation or entitlement to a place. Cohort format, payment schedules, refunds, attendance and completion requirements are confirmed in writing for the relevant cohort before payment.

Intellectual property

Site content, curriculum materials, branding and resources belong to KOACHESS University or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or commercially use them without written permission.

User conduct

You must provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, respect others' rights and not interfere with the security or operation of our services.

Disclaimers

The site and programme information are provided on an as available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOACHESS University is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the site or programme information.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the site or a cohort process where reasonably necessary, including for breach of these terms, safety, legal or operational reasons.
